    This deposit secures one spot on the retreat and is nonrefundable. Payment for half of the remaining retreat costs must be made no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date. If payment is not received in this time and no other agreement is in place, it will be considered a cancellation.
