Nili Salem
Nili Salem, M.A., C.N.T., is an ever-smiling, shofar-blowing, djembe-drumming, psychotherapist & lover/teacher of Torah. She delights in nature, music, healing work, dark chocolate, green grass, bubbly water and gliiittter!
Raised as a performer in Los Angeles she was headed for Broadway! In a turn of events she ended up discovering and working with the Lost Tribes of Israel, leading Passover seders and other holiday ceremonies in re/emerging Jewish communities across the world, from Nicaragua to India, Rwanda and Zimbabwe to Papua, Indonesia.
Recording hip-hop albums to build orphanages in Uganda and Ghana, visiting jails in Cambodia, hiking through Ethiopia, China and the Alps, and riding her motorcycle across South Africa, were just some of the highlights along the way! 50 countries, a few near-death experiences, and a lot of lessons learned later, she made Aliyah to Israel and spent the next 15 years inspiring thousands world-wide with her uplifting and
epic Torah and Kabbalah lectures, and practical spiritual growth practices.
During these years, Nili has facilitated many profound sacred ceremonies, led group camping trips, created Sacred Sexuality Workshops, guided psychology courses and deep meditation journeys, hosted therapeutic healing groups and countless epic Shabbat experiences. She is about to release an internet series of one hundred videos called "Spiritual Thoughts about Shabbat"... 1minute videos with simple and deep explanations of many of the funny customs and mysterious traditions of Shabbat.
Currently, Nili is busy tripping her face off at the joyful idea of bringing you to Peru, and getting to share her light and love of with you in the freaking Sacred Valley of Peru.
Grace Friedman

OH my friends... allow us to introduce this epic Medicine Woman who emerges from the New Mexican foothills, the Colorado mountains, Amazonian jungle and Peruvian valleys to "grace" us with her shining ball of Sunshine self (when she isn't globe trotting, practicing Yoga Nidra, eating cauliflower “buffalo wings,” or facilitating a retreat).
In order of how we are amazed by her:She has completed 4 (plus) Vision Quests. This is a sacred indigenous
tradition where one goes into nature, alone, for four days, in prayer... with no food, and no water, in a 10x10ft area, and faces whatever fears surface... UNBELIEVABLE warrior-ette of note. Dang woman, dang.
She is trained in many fields surrounding transformational doula'ing in birth/rebirth/death ceremonies, studies postpartum care and holistic health in women's wellness... she is prepping to attend her next birth as you read!
If you didn't know she was a Jewess, you would still sniff her out as some version of indigenous human, as she is SO connected to the land, the sun, moon cycles and stars, the directions, to farming (ask her about the rainbow corn!), running sweat lodges and other Native American ceremonial traditions, and other healing modalities... AND she is trained in spiritual herbalism. She was just teaching us how basil can help tune us in to humility! Um whoa.
Known for her bad*ssery in the life study of altered/deeper states of consciousness, this life doula, farmer, is also a songstress of such pure medicine music. Sheesh. Her sacred fire songs, her guitar strumming, her drumming, her dance... are all part of her offering to those near and dear to her.
She has spent the last 12 years learning weekly Torah with her local, eccentric, awesome Rabbi... And she takes all of these awesome skill sets to delight in being a guiding light and witness for others to find their way, supporting them in finding their own solutions, and forging their unique healing path....
This will be Grace's 8th year visiting Peru to hold space for the lucky ones that get to learn from her shiny soul in this epic retreat in the Sacred Valley.

Tsiporah Gottesman
MY 'REBBE' aka Tsip IS IN for THE PERU RETREAT!
When I found out that the gorgeous woman-sister-friend I call my Rebbe was excited to come on staff for the "We Are All Extraordinary Retreat" in Peru I nearly plotzed! Okay, that's not true... but what is true is that I was actually bouncing around with excitement and joy and immediately called Grace and exclaimed SHE's IN! Tsip is in!
SHE's A BAD-*SS ANGEL ALL RIGHT!
Tsip, the angelic, soft, humble, bold, wild and free, quiet and mysterious yoga chassidic hipster Queen will be with us in Peru bH??? SHHEEEEESH boy oh boy do I feel grateful! ...Follow the trail of spouts, velvet & lace clothes, a bottle of chilled rośe, or listen for a radically fun laugh... and you're sure to find your way to Tsiporah!
SHE's AN EXECUTIVE COACH??
Tsiporah Gottesman is a freaking Executive Coach at the Penguin Group Business consulting firm. With 15 years of experience and training in a variety of modalities for mind-body healing she brings breath work, yoga, meditation, mystical story telling (yeah cuz she's also a Maggid!), coaching, community leadership and somatic work to the corporate world! Um WOW. #goalz yo
AND A FREAKING YOGA TEACHER EXTRAORDINAIRE!?
Tsip is also a renowned yoga teacher (wait for it... uchh i can't wait). After working as (an unbelievable) social worker in foster care, she pivoted and became certified in Vinyasa Yoga (New York) and Iyengar Yoga (Dharamsala), and most recently Katonah Yoga. She also weaves the somatic yoga practice with her extensive Jewish knowledge.
AND A HOLISTIC HEALER & TEACHER!
Tsiporah also did a full-time one-on-one herbal apprenticeship program with the famed healer, Shoshana Harari, in the forested hills of Jerusalem, by using natural herbs from the Land of Israel for holistic healing, and connection to the cycles of the Hebrew calendar. (She won't let on, but she is trained in so many healing modalities I don't even think the plaques could fit on a wall!) And all of this is infused with Tsip's abundance of knowledge from decades of learning and teaching Chassidut, Kabbalah and ancient traditional wisdom.
SHE ALSO COMMUNICATES LIKE A BOSS! OH WAIT, SHE IS ONE!
Tsip was trained as a bomb-biggidy facilitator in NVC, Non Violent Communication (aka the most life-changing mode of communication ever). She is ALSO certified as a coach through The School of Transpersonal Growth & Coaching, which draws from the work of Byron Katie. Tsiporah is passionate about helping people get to know their inner worlds. Pshh.
ENTREPRENEURIAL BUSINESS WOMAN TOO???
When she isn't teaching yoga to Chassidic women, you can find her leading Jewish meditation classes and embodied NVC workshops, facilitating Shabbat and Jewish holiday retreats, and recently launched @Go_Shvitz, an epic pop up mobile sauna experience.
WHOA.
And the best part? You'd never know any of this if you weren't paying close attention. She is so humble, softly speaking widsom with a gentle ease and bubbly joy... but the truth? Tsip is like the burning bush. Always emanating warmth and fire. You just gotta take a moment and be with her...and then it's like whoooa..
How freaking blessed are we.
Thank you Tsip... I am, we are, so deeply grateful for your Tsip-ness, and so excited and honored we will be journeying together bH.
